What I love about this track is that Jack White can masterfully tell a story. Any story. Give him words, and he gives them pacing, depth, and strength. Halfway through, when he starts belting, you’ll know what I mean. And near the end, when Icky Thump style guitar wailings fill the soundwaves, you’ll feel what I mean.
